Screen printing classification
1. Direct printing of paint.Direct printing of paint is to print
the prepared printing paste directly on the fabric, which is the
simplest and most commonly used process in the printing process
2. Silk printing The main methods of silk printing are direct
printing, discharge printing and anti-dye printing.
3. Knitted underwear printing Knitted underwear printing mainly
uses the direct printing process of paint. After printing, the
fabric can be double-baked or naturally dried, which avoids the
problems of easy deformation of the knitted fabric and difficult
processing of the agricultural sheet.
4. Discharge printing Discharge printing is also called engraving.
It refers to printing method that uses discharge agent to print on
colored fabrics and destroys some dyes that have been dyed, thus
obtaining various patterns and patterns. Discharge agent is a
chemical that can decolorize the dye base.
