Nylon Mesh is a chemical fiber woven mesh made by chemical
processing of nylon, nylon, polyester, and nylon fibers as raw
materials. Jinlun has the function of high temperature and alkali
resistance, polyethylene has the effect of acid resistance, nylon
mesh is the general name of these chemical fiber woven mesh. Nylon
mesh includes: (nylon blend,) nylon mesh, polyvinyl chloride mesh,
sunshade mesh.
Nylon filter mesh is made by 100% polyamide yarn,the material be
shown in market with PA6,PA66.all of the material can pass the FDA
certificate,Nylon filter mesh have heat resistant,normaly can work
under 200℃ temperature.it is widely used for industrial filtration
and separation.

Nylon filter mesh is mainly used in
filtration(water,milk,soybean,fruit juice,cheese) and
separation,like chemical insudtry,paint,ink,oil products
filtration,paint filter,alcohol filter, liquid filtration
quality,powder filtration.pharmaceutical and so on.
Nylon filter cloth features the greatest abrasion resistance among
the other three frequently used filter fabrics including
polypropylene, polyester and cotton. It is often found in
filtration applications of abrasive dusts and wet abrasive solids
where abrasion resistance plays an important factor.

How to choose
Mesh Count is the number of threads per inch in the direction of
warp and weft of the fabric.The mesh count is indentical in both
warp and weft direction for Share Fitration's woven mesh.
Thread Diameter is specified as the diameter of the thread in
microns.Yarn sizes in both warp and weft directions are the same.
Mesh Opening is the size or space between threads.The mesh opening
is the result of the combination of the mesh count and yarn
size.Mesh opening will determine the size or amount of material
that will pass through the fabric.
